The apartment is situated on the top floor (6th floor) of the building and has 3 terraces that offer dazzling views over the city of Barcelona.

The lift takes you to the entrance of the apartment where you will be provided with all the necessary things for a comfortable and special stay in the sunny metropolis.

The total surface of the apartment is 135 m2, which is divided into 5 rooms of different sizes and pricing:

Tibidabo : 25 m2 with a terrace of 15 m2 - 575 --> NOW 500 eur (AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 2010)

Santa Maria : 15 m2 - 395 eur (AVAILABLE FROM FEBRUARY 2010)

Colon Room : 8 m2 - 300 eur (AVAILABLE FROM MAY 2010)

Arc de Triomf : 12 m2 with a terrace 12 m2 - 465 eur (AVAILABLE FROM MAY 2010)

Montjuich : 12 m2 with a terrace of 12 m2 - 415 eur (AVAILABLE FROM MAY 2010)

The spacious and sunny living room (20 m2), the kitchen and the bathroom are shared.

All rooms can be locked to guard your personal belongings.

The kitchen is fully equipped, a washing machine and WIFI are 24/7 available!

We expect you to pay 1-month rent as a deposit at the start of your rental period.

At the end of your rental period you will have a check out during which we control the state of your room. In case of damage we will have to subtract the cost of your deposit.

Prices include:

* use of bed sheets and pillow (no covers provided)

* use towels

* normal use of electricity/gas/water

* WIFI

* use of any kitchen equipment

* use of washing machine (no detergents)

* use of bathrooms and kitchen

Price does NOT include any food/drinks.

We expect every tenant to obey the house rules. We have clear rules concerning drug use, parties etc.. We have a good relationship with the neighbours of the apartment and want to keep it that way. Please feel free to inform beforehand about the house rules.

IMPORTANT!

One month deposit is required. This on month is to be paid up front via bank transfer. You will get back the deposit when you hand in the keys, leaving the room in the state you found it when you checked in. When you arrive, you pay the first month of rent in cash. Note that costs made by you for transferring the deposit, will not be refunded by me!

The flat is situated on the top part of El Borne, which is part of the area Ciutat Vella, the authentic part of Barcelona. El Borne is known for its buzzling, hip and at the same time “real” Barcelona atmosphere. El Borne is home to the Spanish but also to the international crowd and you will find traditional as well as unique and hip clothing shops around here. Supermarkets, trendy bars and clubs are located within walking distance.

Beautiful and impressive Arc de Triomf is just in front. The famous Parc de la Ciutadella, hotspot and meeting point of Barcelona and the zoo of Barcelona are just a short walk away. About 10-15 minutes walk away you will find the Plaza Catalonia with the Ramblas.

BUS

There’s a bus stop right in front of the house, where also the night bus will drop you off at your way home after a night of partying.

METRO

Our metro stop is “Arc de Triomf”. The (red) metro line 1 will take you to all interesting areas within 1 minute walk from the house. Plaza Catalunya takes only 2 stops (10 minutes).

TRAIN STATION

The train station (Estacion de Nord) is at less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

TAXI to/from the airport is just 20 minutes
